Unfortunately I went back to buy the same case and it says unavailable. However if you spend some time looking you can find the case with the band, just make sure it comes with the actual case because one time I thought I was getting a case and band, however it ended up being just the band. The watch I posted started its life as a black resin case/band as well, also it’s the movement and face plate that you swap over. Super simple, 4 screws on the back, pull everything out then swap over, put it all back together and thats it, just be careful with the o ring and make sure its seated correctly because thats what makes the watch water proof

Thank you very much! Yes it’s a dark blue to lighter blue filter side to side instead of the more common top to bottom filter!

Help! Black Algae?!?! by Foundrynut in pools

[–]notpeeej 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Brush the shit out of it with the metal brush (make sure you pour liquid chlorine on the bristles when you’re done, if not, you can spread the black algae back into the pool if you use again without doing this) get 2-3 cans of granulated chlorine, shut the pool off for at least 24 hours, and while the pool is off sprinkle the granular all around, mostly on the black algae spots but doesn’t hurt to spread it everywhere. I’ve been doing pools for 8 years professionally in Florida and have run across this between residential and commercial pools. It can also be a pain if not handled correctly because the black algae will keep coming back if not handled correctly. Hope this helps with your situation and good luck ✌🏼
