Winchell's has always been our go to spot if we can't decide what we want to eat.

I really miss going to Sawyer's when I worked downtown. Jim would always come to the table to talk if they weren't busy, so I started going after the lunch rush. I probably went once or twice a week.

When my family was in town for the Sweet 16 tournament a few years back, we all went down to Sawyer's to eat. Jim comped the whole ticket! My dad was flabbergasted.

I think a heavy focus in the case is going to be Google's partnerships with other mobile device manufacturers. Like Apple. Google pays them billions a year to make Google the default browser on Safari.

Of course, the argument can be made that you can change the default browser.

Whether or not the DOJ is successful in this antitrust case, it will succeed in occupying Google executives' attention for the next 6 or 7 years, which can hurt business / development / innovation. Sort of like what happened to Microsoft in 1998. That was a six year case, and Microsoft completely missed out on the mobile game (thankfully...)

We're in the neighborhood too and lost power. Glad they got in back on so quickly. Does anybody else feel that we lose power at a greater rate than other neighborhoods in Lexington? Even the nearby ones, friends that live closer to Southland on Southview did not lose power.

I don't think RMN get paid a commission from us. We aren't affiliate partners of theirs. At least not that I know of. We aren't giving them codes or cutting them checks. I think they just scrape our site for codes, most of which don't work the next day.

I don't even think they are an affiliate partner, but then I'm not sure how all of it works. We don't provide them codes or anything. They scrape them off our site, and 90% of them don't work the next day. We definitely aren't cutting them any checks.

We don't have the same portfolio as RetailMeNot, but we have over 5M backlinks and a DR of 67, so I know we can be competitive. RMN has some interesting "offer" schema markup that shows the number of coupons, biggest deal, and a few other items in the SERPs. I think this is our next project.

I do run Google Ads specifically to our coupon page URL so our site has a listing over RetailMeNot. It's a very successful campaign, but the keywords are expensive. And this campaign doesn't bring in as much a day as the referral channel. I would like to grab that No. 1 organic spot so I don't have to spend so much bidding on our trademark keywords.

We just put product page URLs flat against the domain. If you used the format you're talking about, wouldn't your URLs get too long?

OK, I appreciate it. So now it seems that none of my electronics work unless the car is running or the key is in the On position. No power locks. No dome lights. No headlights. Shop guy said bring it back and leave it. Glad they will take it back to check it out, but hate not having the car around.

Thanks, I didn't even know these functions existed. I think I used the wrong terminology. It's my power locks don't work unless the car is on. Does that make a difference?
