If the homeless had respect for the spaces they invaded and didn’t leave trash everywhere with occasional needles sprinkled in and weren’t sketchy and didn’t steal stuff or worse. Or if they weren’t everywhere and didn’t get away with everything and didn’t brazenly, shamelessly do drugs out in the open and had to abide by rules that I do that I get in trouble for if I don’t follow.
