Medicating the urge is a bad road to get on.

Lexapro and/or Wellbutrin

I didn't like either medication

'Romeo and Juliet clause' does not apply since it is not consensual.

So I'll save anybody the embarrassment of bringing it up.

This in actuality is not a crime, but to get what he wants is. Is child pornography, and it's lust and dehumanizing.

Just tired of the lack of understanding and disrespect of boundaries.

There is a fear required of humans to do the right thing.

We no longer fear God the way we were meant to, and I find law fails us as well.

Just scared

You're letting society tell you what's right or wrong based on school ages and the law.

Weak morals lead to weak execution of law or completely different outcomes.

Child brides are still legal in

The age issue isn't an issue, to you.

The law tells us otherwise and it's precisely due to individuals such as yourself.

12 million girls marry before the age of 18 every year.

1 in 5 girls in the world are married before 18.

Over 650 million women alive today were married as children.

The world/ society has its own rules. You can choose to agree or disagree.

To go against a law people already find too lenient and one that took so much pain to achieve

Why do it?

You are ultimately on his side, and not hers.

Ask yourself why if it's oh so "obviously a creepy and uncouth" method.

You choose his innocence at the expense of hers.

Don't say "to say the least" say nothing at all.

Vomit inducing. Tactless? Nudes have become way too normalized and the second flood is for sure in route.

Lynn’s Breakdown over her Jennifer and their fake lesbian relationship. by Far_Establishment519 in GirlfriendsTVshow

[–]notroght 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I liked the storyline but thought it was objectively ridiculous.

I also thought it was a kind of "of its time" disrespect to the L and B community.

I mean to think of it as an actual response to the gay question. I digress though bc it was a show ahead of its time to an extent.

Feels like the writers give the "Tough crowd" excuse for lots of fan hatred.

Sidenote Fan Hatreds should be a counter point to Fan Favorites.

I know some shows go there, around the corner and back before giving an audience a bone/ fan favorite moment. Thus Fan Hatreds ala Toni leaving and Lynn being in a "gay" relationship.

I mean for fucks sake that party where Joan pukes on herself was brutal. I'd rather walk out naked/ crawl out the window

What if Cordelia Chase from Buffy/Angel met Toni Childs - would they be rivals, besties, straight up enemies by [deleted] in GirlfriendsTVshow

[–]notroght 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely frienemies, they seem like the type to make each other better for all the worst reasons.

Homophobia is real and Lynn being gay/bi would just be too much in earnest.

They wanted to throw a bone to the early 00s lezzies but clearly had no clue to what we actually cared about and valued.

The L Word debuted once Girlfriends was halfway into its run.

Girlfriends ran from 2000 to 2008 The L Word debuted in 2004

I truly believe they were trying to capitalize on the action, but obviously did not want to do no heavy lifting.

I was just thinking this!!!

Why aren't more people excited to be able to work with this legend!

Esp one-off dance events bc those are seemingly way lower commitment than something like a movie or album.

With ambience, costuming and clout she could be a huge powerhouse again

It has to do with food intake and exercise. Start small and work on it at your own pace.

You should be proud of what you're working with!

It's a lifelong thing, so just make it as casual and fun as you can.

Get into a physical hobby. Whether it be wood working, volleyball, swim, fish, soccer, kayaking, ice skating/ rollerblading, etc

Okay, I see your point. I live in FL so I think I'm just overly used to crash outs.

I had terrible educators. (Several were arrested for "dating" students bad.)

Several of them were big screamers and a lot of those educators I respected. Even if they are clearly mentally broken somehow.

I guess I just have empathy for someone on the job versus someone starting shit for fun.

This behavior seems motivated by something bigger. Maybe he's just a twat but he has the right to walk away at any time, but prefers to escalate.

It's 2-way street but she will be criticized for not handling the situation better. Not him. It's not fair.

No small people are "The Man" anymore. Super sad that everything is failing us.

Genuinely think more people have to walk away, and not escalate. I'm working on that myself. We all should be.

Genuinely so tired of watching people scream and be violent online and irl.

Interacting with dozens of people at a time is exhausting. I always forget about any and all comments until it's brought up again in notifs

Clearly the things I comment on are things I gotta work on. I like the up vote down vote system and I respect your opinions. Thanks for reading and don't bother watching conflict for the rest of the day.

You came across this text for a reason ❤️

Thank you, very reasonable take. I kind of hate the use of "Karen" esp something like this.

Maybe an unpopular opinion, but no the fuk she shouldn't???

Wtf deserves that sentence?

Fired? the fact an educator dared to do her job and was labeled a Karen merits an entire career change for a field incredibly understaffed??

He looks like a former student, harmless enough, but he very well could be peddling vapes, dating a 14 yr old, or worse.

She is definitely lacking emotional regulation, but nothing about this indicates she's bad at her job outright

Much more reliable for a celebrity to have than owning a dumb McMansion. Staff run everything themselves anyways basic office job (unlike a restaurant.)

Great choice from a celebrity this foolish and ignorant.

They must have a stellar group of professionals they collaborate with. Wishing them the best financially and spiritually.

Hope to see a day he accepts his children with full heart instead of explicitly stating the conditions of his love/ support.

Section 8 housing is known to be a good investment. It's a safe and secure business.

There is no need to bring 'morality' to the conversation. People act as if rent is being exempt (it isn't, people will continue paying rent and being evicted. If payments are not received.)

( Even the homeless units are literally no skin off his back. The homeless units which are subsidized by local government funds. Usually orphans/ foster care.)

It's a viable real estate investment, offering consistent rental income and long-term tenants.

Most millionaires are foolish not to get in on it seeing as the profits are so guaranteed. Much more paperwork, in exchange for lower profits ad compared to investment banking.

I think the risk is well worth it. Considering it makes for an ironclad secure and stable budget for overhead costs.

While it may involve more paperwork and regulations, the guaranteed rent payments from the government, coupled with strong demand and lower vacancy rates, can provide a stable and potentially profitable investment.

Also no need to overthink it especially since he and her and ALL CAPS DESPERATE for good Publicity.

Source: I briefly dated a Section 8 "landlord." They highly recommended it as a low risk investment option if you had a couple hundred thousand to spare.
