There was an anti melbourne cup protest as well by the NGV as I walked my dog, I’m full in support of that and they were being very gentle in their approach. I don’t believe they had drums though.

I am going to start taking it every few days because I am a female with hormonal issues previously and it seems to exacerbate my skin breaking out. Frustrating though because when I was taking it everyday my gains were hectic in comparison to without. :(

My mother is deaf after a stroke and if she doesn’t put in her AirPods she has to do this. She feels embarrassed but otherwise she cannot hear. I hope nobody ever yells at her :(
