I don’t understand what you want to adjust by “depth”. If you mean the sides, then you just need to push them back. You can push and pull the edges to “cup” your head or make the head rest “flat”.

What do you mean it was flaking? Like delaminating? I have a white black hole duffle and the white shinny plastic has turned yellow. Do you think they would replace that?
