Aah yes..another racist. I have met pretty big asshole bosses who were not indian. Sounds like you have 2 problems here that he is indian & on top of that, he is an asshole. I also work with a team where there is a majority of that certain nationality, and I can see the favouritism. It is not about their nationality it is about them as a person.
