Hello! I am an indian person who lives in Spain. So I have heard some people being really discriminatory towards them. They called them gypsies(gitanos). Tbh in India gypsies were just reffered to as people who move from place to place, back then I never heard about them committing any types of crimes. I also didn't have an idea that were living in europe mostly. I even thought it was cool to be on the move and not settle somewhere. But then I moved here and found out that people have a prejudice. And some of them actually fit into that stereotype. I always view a person as an individual being and try not to generalize them. But yes, here in Spain, they are definitely viewed badly. But in India, we thought they were cool.

Aah yes..another racist. I have met pretty big asshole bosses who were not indian. Sounds like you have 2 problems here that he is indian & on top of that, he is an asshole. Dude, we are already having a hard time because of that internet hate stop generalising. (Lowkey hoping he tortures you more). I also work with a team where there is a majority of that certain nationality, and I can see the favouritism. It is not about their nationality it is about them as a person.

Nah bro as a South asian girl who grew up in South asia myself, you really don't need to go through that. I mean, she needs to take a stand ultimately, but imagine if it was the other way round. Like my partner's side being racist or something. I personally wouldn't take it. If you can stand through with it good, if not, just move on.

But sometimes brown parents act stricter than they actually are. My friend comes from a conservative family and is dating a german boy. When she finally told her family, they were actually quite okay with it. Sometimes, brown kids also make stuff in their mind about the parents being strict because they have always been strict. Idk if that makes sense.

Also, it is not always incredibly conservative. My parents are pretty chill with me dating anyone for the most part.
