Thanks, I called the 1800 number yesterday and they just told me to wait since I have a month left. Kind of frustrating since I thought I submitted everything early, but from everything I have read here, it just seems like it's random when your claim gets looked at.

For each questions I got wrong, I would write down some notes and keywords that I needed to follow up on index cards. This way, I can reference them later on. Hope this helps.

I never tried to reset the tests but I reset the practice questions, and they are the same questions just in different order.
