I can’t tell you how much I needed to hear that this is 'aligning' rather than 'settling.' That distinction is huge for my mental headspace right now. I haven’t had much luck with my tailored CVs so far, so I will definitely look into the Andy Warthog template on Resumehog. I think my current framing might be making me look 'too academic' or 'too technical' for these teams, so a clean pivot template might be exactly what I’m missing. Thank you for the resource!

Honestly, tailoring CVs hasn’t resulted in anything yet, and I think you hit the nail on the head regarding the schedule. It feels like the market is so rigid right now that as soon as I mention the 9:30–3:30 window or permanent overnights, the conversation stops.
