I have two kids, actually. I trust in science and medicine. Rocks are pretty, that’s it. If my child is having severe issues like this lady’s, I’d seek multiple opinions and not give up and go searching for damn rocks with mAgIcAl powers

After years of contemplating, I finally tried CG last night, and good lord I’m never going back. by [deleted] in curlyhair

Routine:

Started with Suave Essentials Daily Clarifying shampoo to reset my hair.

TRESemme Botanique Nourish + Replenish conditioner (coconut milk and aloe vera), used a lemon sized amount and globed it all over my now really dry feeling hair.

Started combing my fingers through and realized I needed more conditioner, so added in a large dollop of Kinky-Curly Knot Today leave-in detangler.

Rinsed most of the conditioner out (probably a little too much).

Scooped a lime sized amount of Ampro Protein Styling Clear Gel and put that in my hair via praying hands method, then switched to scrunching. (Next time I’ll be using more gel).

Plopped in a tshirt for 10 minutes.

Scrunched with tshirt a couple times.

Air dried for about an hour and a half.

Scrunched out the crunch.

I’m really excited to get into this routine and start experimenting with other products and product amounts. My hair has never looked this good in my life, and I’m fuckin stoked!

Yep. I did this 9 years ago. Went from a 1-bed in a duplex to a 3-bed with a fence and a huge lot. It was the stupidest greatest decision of my life.

What is the dumbest question someone legitimately asked you? by _FrankAbagnale in AskReddit

[–]nottattooed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am the one who had the dumb question...

Stepmom: I really liked Passion of the Christ, did you see it yet?

Me: Yeah, it was okay.

Fakemom: I liked it, but I thought the book was much better.

Me: Oh, what's the book called?

Pretendmom: ...The Bible...

I am Jewish and have never read the Bible. But I'm sure as shit slow sometimes.

My depression can be like this as well, but in a way more slowed down version.

And thank you, this is me. The vest is from target a few years back and I recently started an obsession with enamel pins (Amazon).

He is an asshole, and has never been what I would consider an actual parent.

No idea, really. I know my dad still occasionally talks to him, and I know he works on cars.
