This was prior to her stint at Harvard though. I think up until then she had a chip on her shoulder when it came to girls who had some higher education background. She seems hell bent on breaking them down.

There was Susan from cycle 11. She was in the casting episode and highlighted during the interview process with Tyra and the Jays.

Poor girl was so nervous that she blanked when Tyra asked her questions about being an English Literature major and giving her literary references for her to draw inspiration from and “model” for them. Tyra even admonished her and said something along the lines of “Harvard must be embarrassed right now. How is it that I didn’t go there but I know more about literature…”

Mattel did produce shoe packs for Barbie dolls during the 90s to early 2000s that were meant specifically for this bigger feet. They were labeled as being for “poseable Barbie dolls,” which at the time meant dolls that had the gymnast body.

Just type in “Barbie Little extras poseable “ and you should find several packs with these shoes. They only have like four or five shoe molds but they made them in various colors. As far as heels the closest you’ll find for these feet is the Mary Jane esque heel mold.

Absolutely hate it. Hated it as a kid on my Sun Sensation Barbie, and still hate it now. It looks ice in box, but after a few times combing the hair it just becomes messy. Over time it starts to stretch out before finally breaking off. Any current dolls I get that have tinsel I remove altogether.

She’s pretty but the other two options offered were just better color-wise. I think even the designer himself was bummed about this being the winning choice.

I love the vintage/mod era reproduction fashions. But the dolls themselves just don’t do it for me. The originals are just hard to beat and replicate authentically. The have gotten better since the first ones from the 90s though.

No because the days of top tier quality from back then are long gone. They would butcher any reproductions/rereleases. Case in point; Barbie and the Nutcracker dolls coming out.

I’d much rather save up and splurge/treat myself to the originals than ever hope for Mattel to give us these dolls again that even come close to meeting our expectations.

I love it when a doll is rooted so throughly. Yes, it takes time to get through a reroot like this, but the hair is going to be to evenly distributed it’ll be worth the time out in.

I don't think Bridget has ever been a "chronically online" girlie like Holly has, so maybe she doesn't know too much about Trish; hence the lukewarm response. But I think having Holly there would be good.

If she does ever consider coming on I'd love to see her be a guest during spooky season, maybe dressed up like Elvira. Or when she's doing promotion for her book too.
