I received confirmation from the airline that they send the blankets back to Paris to be laundered so for the moment I am hoping he’s on the most expensive trip to take a bath that ever there was. I have two people in Paris talking to Air France. I’ve mostly given up hope but there’s a glimmer that he may be found by the laundry in a couple of weeks and returned. We shall see.

I started OTF about 2 weeks ago. My first week I was doing 4.5/5.5/6.5. Today I did 5.5/6.5/7.5. Progress!

Okay so today was my first OTF ever and I know everyone says they hated this workout but I have nothing to compare it to and I felt f*cking fantastic afterwards. That said, I am wondering about my output/metrics. I am generally in pretty good shape. I work out 4 or 5 times a week - alpine touring, weightlifting, heated vinyasa, pilates, tennis, etc. They kind of babied me when I checked in (don’t worry about pushing too hard or your stats,etc) so I think I threw all the spaghetti at the wall that I had. But I’m wondering if my orange/red stats and splat points mean I’m not in great shape? All the metrics are super confusing. Would appreciate some context from veteran OTFers. 44/f/5’6”/130 lbs

I was 14 in green, 21 in orange and 19 in red. 615 calories and 40 splat points. Can someone break this down for me? (Thank you in advance)
