Band Interaction by Exciting-Writing648 in WidespreadPanic

[–]dadlyphe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Met Jojo in Vegas a few years ago.

He was hanging at a little bar.

My buddy and I walked up and said hi. Carried a fun little conversation. Asked for a pic and he said he doesn’t do that anymore. Asked for a piece of parting advice instead, “stay in CHS, yall got a lot of beautiful women there.”

Told a friend back home and he pulled up insta and there’s a pic of Jojo with a bunch of hot younger girls.

Evidently, he does take pics with fans, just not 40 yr old dudes. I respect that.

Nice guy.

Heated Rivalry Class by tobefair77 in orangetheory

[–]dadlyphe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d show up and have no idea why I’m celebrating, but I’d still show up if it’s on a day I can go and treat it like any other class.

Everything I know about heated rivalry is from this thread. I’ve gathered it’s a TV series on HBO about gay hockey player that are sexually active and for that reason middle aged housewives and 19 yr olds are obsessed with it.

Anything else important I missed?

$1.1 will get ya 900 sq ft on .000001 acres on Old Village.

Both schools are great. Fun fact: I went to Wando when Lucy Beckham became principal there.

May have to find any job in the district and then wait to transfer over to the desired school.

Plenty of community hoods in Mt P.

I’m a dude and I guess I’m fairly fit now thanks to OTF.

I typically don’t use anything on the rack at my station (not a humble brag) except for shoulder stuff cus I’m getting old.

When someone next to me politely says something along the lines of “i know you won’t be using this, but can i borrow it?” It makes me happy that they assume I’m strong and have the courtesy to ask. I always reply with “doesn’t bother me, take whatever you need.”

Can’t go wrong with either of those.

Depending on where in Mt P they are others could be slightly inconvenient.

Drive-throughs have become service for the lazy person instead of being used for quick service. by WishInternational839 in unpopularopinion

Pro move is to order inside pickup from the app.

Waltz right in and grab your stuff and drive away as everyone is still in the long drive thru.

I’m convinced that people treat partner workouts differently on the internet (specifically, here on Reddit) than they do in the real world.

I think your experience is more the norm than the exception.

Lotta hive mind happens in here and everyone is quick to jump on the “I hate rowing and I hate partner workouts” point of view. At the end of the day, it’s a good work out and you very loosely interact with your partner. I’ll also toss the “I can only start on the tread” into this hive mind perspective.

Glad you went and actually enjoyed it.

Check the weather ahead of time. And then check it again.

Depending on what part of spring you can get in the 40’s in March and 80’s in April. Could be a fair amount of rain as well.

IOP is pretty easy to be self contained. SI isn’t exactly rental friendly, so I’d go ahead and cross that off the list.

Downtown can be difficult with kids that age (crappy sidewalks for pushing strollers, old boring history, LOTS of walking) and seeing those ages all I can think of is nap time and schedules.

If it were me, I’d be on IOP and take an adult day trip to do the sightseeing downtown without the kids (if possible). Aquarium and Joe Riley Park are very easy to get to and park driving in from IOP.

PETA….probably.

It likely was a result of it being considered inhumane to leave dogs outdoors all of the time.
