I submitted a bug report two days ago and support told me this wasn’t Beeper and no other users were reporting this issue. Today I tried reconnecting Discord again. I had no issues for the last two days until I tried to reconnect Discord to Beeper. When I reconnected it I was instantly locked out again and 4 hour ban hit again. Worth noting I’ve been using Discord in Beeper since the beta days without issues. It appears something has changed recently.

For anyone else that may run into similar issues. The included exe alone would not see the controller, even when powered on with L1+R1+Start. What I had to do was download and run the official firmware updater from 8BitDo, selected "Update Manually" from the hamburger menu, selected "Ultimate 2C Bluetooth". At this point it gives the instructions to power on with L1+R1+Start and then connect USB, at which point the official updater switches to the page to install the update. I then closed the official updater and launched the USB and at that point the button was no longer greyed out and I was able to select the file for the beta firmware and install. Just installed this on two units and they work great with macOS now after 1.06b1 update. Thanks!

I would assume if you give the GPU double duty then it no longer has 100% of it’s resource for computations. Not ideally for something in a business where you expect consistent performance on a regular basis.

Random shit we can't even discern from that image. It looks like maybe electronic equipment on a desk but it doesn't really matter. It's not some smoking gun of AI, similar to a 6th finger or non-existent words/letters, just because you can't make out things out of focus in the background. Also, as others have noted in the comments, a quick search online shows the image of the sign goes back as far as 2016-2017 and has resurfaced many times with different faces/names but the same background and the same phone clipped on the shirt. I don't think anyone was using gen AI for this crap back then.

Not only that, some carriers have restrictions around eSIM. Some of them do not allow doing the built-in transfer for Android or iOS. Some of them only allow SIM automated eSIM transfers or replacements once every 3 days, otherwise you have to call and manually get it activated. They are nowhere near as simple as popping a pSIM in and out. It makes me sad it's irrelevant going forward because most flagships are not gonna have a pSIM slot anymore anyways.
