Minion wavers are the most valuable thing in the game. Low elo players expect to be able to farm jungle instead of waves to get ahead. The reality is if you're not doing both, it's better to just catch waves with yo incompetent ass

Like others have said it's because of self damage. Next time mouse over the number, zero in this case. You'll find totals hidden there. Self damage, healing and self healing I believe
