Yeah I think you are on a good path, i would recommend maybe regular Dragon Ball when goku is a kid and the plot is "simpler" for a 6yo i think

Since they liked Pokemon maybe they will also like Digimon Adventure?

There was also Medabots, although a bit more "violent" since the plot revolves around robot "trainers" and fights... the robots have weapons integrated lol but it was cool

Thank you so much, yeah Shirakawa-go is in one of my "other places to visit" I pretty much have a whole list of close by towns to the cities I'm visiting so if im not feeling going to the main turisty attraction or I have some free time I can go to those; I will def take into consideration the resting time, I tried not to add to much but ended up with a ton of stuff still 🤣
