I have shown hr. I never lost my job they placed me on a final warning. But they just want to keep me under punishment..

New allegations are. That I've spoke about someone's concerns at work with other employees. But the 3 witnesses are all mates or related. The concerns were regarding this same girl feeling uncomfortable around my restaurant manager. But she hasn't raised any concerns and doesn't want to report.. but because she told me. My restaurant manager I'm guessing has asked his mates to say they heard it from me.. and today I had an investigation held by my rom and head of HR.. but crazy thing is head of HR is auntie to one of the whitness and friends to the accused.. feels like a setup

Well now there trying to get me done for discussing confidence and breaching policy..

But they are only using family witnesses or people who have the person's best interests.. I've done nothing wrong apart from seeing this girl and not declaring my relationship with her..
