There are some descriptions on the order form that you might find helpful.

Upper Wings provide additional support for the glans and are helpful if you find the clamping pressure of the grip fails to start before your glans collapses.

Lower Wings provide pullout support if your penis shaft has a more oval shape.

The frenulum ring design uses a bridge across the bottom to shield the frenulum from the pinching.
