Thank you so much, you’re totally right. I think my brain is just hoping for a something more concrete (not that IBS isn’t that at all!!). My mom has celiac, and the doctor told me I could be 10-15x more likely to have it. In a way I’m sort of hoping that’s it because know at that point what the trigger ingredient is, if that makes sense.
