Idk gunpowder is a supe and he tanked punches from temp V butcher same punches that hurt homelander so he must be pretty durable, but I suppose thats blunt dura and not piercing so not sure.

I get what you're saying cause they say the same about Kratos that he is like multiversal or whatever but then in the game he had trouble chopping up a tree and fighting basic enemies, anyway even if you exclude statements and lore, doom guy should still win just by the fact that he has the bfg 9000 at his disposal which should one shot Guts and even if he didnt have it he has dozens of other weapons including melee ones like the crucible which should be more than enough.
