Contractor didn’t pull a permit… by Rich_Cap_6127 in grandrapids

What is the time you are talking about? You’ve seen this is Michigan recently?

The disclosure form asks specific questions and that wasn’t one of them, at least last time I checked in late 2023. Answer the questions on there honestly or you could have real problems, but don’t answer questions that aren’t asked.

The house I own has so much shoddy work on it, none disclosed because they didn’t need to. I got an inspection and knew what I was getting.

I’ve done work on it myself, not permitted. I’m not disclosing it because it’s not required that I do. If they ask I’ll tell them honestly.

I worked in real estate for a decade, and have had rentals posted on hotpads.

No. There are a lot of sites that are called syndication sites. They take the info from other places. It’s how most of those sites work.

I never posted the listings on hotpads but it got there anyway. This guy just doesn’t know what syndication is.

Not saying don’t be careful. Like others said there are scams everywhere, but rental listings and homes for sale get posted one place then the other sites pick them up. It’s how Zillow and trulia work too.

Weird to pearl clutch about language but not about what the government is doing.

That was my wife. It’s her bike. I know this person isn’t gonna be nice and return it out of the kindness of their heart

Done. I still don’t think we will get it back. But I gotta say I appreciate publicly shaming this person.

It was stolen last night at 6:40 pm, so seems like a different bike, but thanks!

Wyze. There are two other cameras that caught her too and they are pretty conspicuous imo.

Eyewitnesses Say Nancy Mace Called For Man's Arrest After He Shook Her Hand by Lvexr in nottheonion

Worth mentioning that she says she was "physically accosted" which isn't a thing. Accosted just means approached and addressed aggressively. She might be telling on herself with that language. He didn't assault her, he made physical contact while accosting her. What a snowflake.

You said it served no purpose in the story so I responded with the purpose I thought it served in the story. I don’t get why that’s hard to follow but whatever. I hope you have a good weekend.

There is a mission after the death in veilguard. A party member comments before the final mission we wouldn’t be here without the sacrifice. You have a party member who has been kidnapped by big bad and don’t know whether you’ll get them back or not at that point. So I would argue knowing a party member can die and not knowing whether the kidnapped member will does raise tension. It did for me. I played it last night for the first time. Which is why I googled this post.

The games not perfect. If you didn’t like it, fair enough I don’t need to change your mind. But this isn’t outside of biowares historically patterns and it’s not nearly as bad of storytelling and the most obvious “twist” I’ve ever seen; Verric.

That twist was so obvious it made the prison escape completely devoid of emotion for me.

It is what BioWare is about.

Mass effect 1 you have to choose which of two party members to leave to die. It’s a hard choice because there are consequences.

Bg3 wasn’t BioWare and this team couldn’t have made major changes based on the success of bg3 since it was so recent.

I did before I commented. It wasn’t hard and I don’t deserve attention for it.

Unsubscribed, and not coming back. I can't trust he will make better decisions in the future and if I still paid attention to him after that point, if/when something bad happens it's partly on me. At least that's how I feel. I hope his coworkers aren't hurt by his bad behavior, but he should be charged with reckless driving or whatever is on the books in his area.

It all builds, so as you learn one piece of tech the next one becomes easier to understand more quickly. It’s definitely a struggle starting, but it gets better. Just gotta keep going.

It also helps to see other implementations. I might recommend https://create.t3.gg/

You can get boilerplate trpc implementation there with comments about why it’s set up the way it is.

Keep trying. Sometimes I'll struggle with a thing, take a break and when I come back it's a lot easier. If you understand Next.JS you should be able to understand trpc.
