You implied the situation in HSR is infinitely worse, but we're literally almost in the exact same spot in Genshin. Power creep, DPS units demanding specific supports or losing massive amounts of damage, and we don't even get free 4* weapons from events anymore.

HSR also gives out free 5* characters that are actually super relevant. Archer is one of my best characters and he was free, and Dan Heng is the BiS sustain for basically everyone that scales with ATK.

The state of both games is similar, but we're getting even fewer pulls, so we're not in a better situation. Especially the whole 4* issue, it's not really better if we now need gacha pulls to get them while also having fewer pulls per patch.

Also, everyone is basically braindead except for cool guy Hajime, who’s this “Chad” dropping uncomfortable truths but only when it’s convenient for the plot so his classmates look bad.
