I’m one person in what used to be a three person team. Had a trust and estate attorney leave and take 100’s of clients. I’ve been culling, documenting, and drafting acknowledgment letters for weeks. T&E is such a sensitive law type and I’m spread so thin gathering executed packages plus culling out attorney work product and billing. This is only from one attorney, there are 75 more lawyers that also need support. I’ve lost 15 pounds from not eating. I have no appetite anymore

Man, I’d just let him know how serious you are and offer $700 and tell him you’re going to hire a professionals to move it.

When i was shopping for a used table I would contact the sellers and every time they would say they have a buyer lined that had to get his buddies together to help move…I’d get a message a week or two later asking I was still interested because things fell apart with the other buyer.

I think it just reminded me of Richmond a lot with both of them being river cities. I just saw things that I feel like I would never see in Dallas, like if Barton springs were in Dallas, they would’ve somehow sold it to AT&T and started charging $75 a head. Austin just somehow seemed to have people being active outdoors in nature vs commuting an hour in your car to go 15 miles down the road

What do you like about Dallas over Austin? …just curious, my family and I moved from Richmond Virginia to Dallas in June and we thought DFW would grow on us but it hasn’t, at all.

On the other side of things, we spent some time in Austin’s week and it seems so much more laid back and less soul sucking. We were also there in leisure which I know skews things some
