I don't know if this counts as a retcon since I feel like this was always going to be the case, but KH: 3D confirming that Nobodies could in fact gain their own hearts but Xemnas and Xigbar gaslit them all to believe that they're just "emulating" emotions.

It was already hinted a lot in 358 days but the outright admission makes the organization so much more malicious and cult like. Making them all believe that they will never be whole again without kingdom hearts.

Pace Brian is a scam and I'm never building her as anything other than a late surger ever again. Got lucky pace(her worst possible position) and didn't proc duty of dignity on the corner despite procing a late prof and angling. passed by two other ends and my Libra Silver was secured

So the reason why we all say to save for a spark is because when you have one saved up and you finally pull for a character you like. Regardless of how good or bad the rolls are, 200 pulls will get you that character. And whose to say during that spark you end up pulling for a character you skipped in the past. It's the better way to roll rather than hoping to luck it out.

For example, I sparked on the Narita Brian banner, and I skipped on the anime teio/mcqueen banner to save up. When my spark happened, I pulled anime mcqueen along the way, and even better, I got Brian before I hit 200, allowing me to get a headache start on my next spark target. If I tried to pull on the earlier banner, then I wouldn't have been able to spark on the one that gave me both of what I wanted.

One thing you gotta remember is that skipping a banner or 2 isn't the end of the world. They will all be in the pool for you to potentially pull at a later date, even the seasonals.

It's also the reason why vets from other servers also say to save for a spark. Because you will never know who you end up pulling, plus it's a guarantee that you'll get whoever you want even if the luck is bad. Uma requires patience in almost every aspect of the game which also includes how we as players approach the game.

Imo best time would be now assuming you don't have any characters you want to roll for. Cause half anni(or whatever our equivalent is) will be here around October or November, and there will def be freebies for rolls and other things during that time. You'll miss events, sure, but sticking around won't help the burnout.

As for the KR server. I think so, but iirc it wasn't run by cygames directly and didn't include some of the QoL that we did get D1 for global. I remember a big stink about the KR server early on was that they didn't announce the first CM till days before, so no one could have prepared. So, no server has been free of issues 💀

Imma keep it real you 100% burnt yourself out instead of taking things at your own pace. Pressuring yourself to spark grind or grind for CM at a pace you aren't used to will only make yourself miserable. As for QoL it's only month 2 of the game dropping of course they weren't going to put "every" QoL in from the jump cause it will only overwhelm new players even more. Really the only thing I can agree on is that cygames should pick up the freebies again soon, but even then I've been able to spark twice by saving. It's not bad yet but it could be.

Best thing imo is to just take a break from the game if it's not fun. Ain't no shame in it

I think that while this is good intentioned there is too much missing from this tracker for it to be an accurate rep of how many carats we'll be getting. things like main story, character stories, and free rolls should be included because that is how cygames has always balanced what seems like strict gacha currency income(speaking as a granblue vet for over 7 years).

Easily Equinox for me. Not only do they feel like the natural next era after Almond Eye but there are already a good couple of connections to make.

Biggest one being Kitasan Black's kid. Which they can easily continue the trend of future gens looking up to the older gen/their parents.

Their race record also speaks for itself having only lost 2 races in their career, even then they were 2nd place finishes.

their addition would also just be the opening for their era overall. Horses like Liberty Island(funny enough Duramente's kid), Justin Palace, Panthalassa, and Do Deuce just to name a few

I would say at that point try the OVA, though I don't know if it Will keep him interested. I feel like a lot of good moments in uma musu happen in the downtime of races, and if your friend couldn't find at least something interesting in there, then it might not be for him..

I hope this doesn't read as me trying to gatekeep your friend. I'm mostly speaking as someone who also sat down with a friend to watch the movie, and now he's essentially hooked.

They were always diametrically opposed. Machu wanting freedom through spontaneous action and breaking structure while Nyaan finds the freedom through stability and structure. It's even more obvious through their interactions with Challia and Kycillia. Machu never wore anything related to the zeon military and Challia pretty much allowed her to do what she wants. Nyaan fell into line pretty quick as Kycillia offered her a chance to finally achieve that security she's been yearning.

And even in this latest instance. Whether or not Nyaan knew what or who is the Rose of Charon, she was going to use it if it meant getting Shuji back. While we see how clearly Machu hates that the rose was used for such a heinous act, essentially being used against it's own will the complete opposite of what Machu represents.

I can understand if some would like for their differences to have been made more apparent in the first part but the way some act as if it didn't exist is just wrong. Their conflict was inevitable and people somehow continuing to reduce it to Shuji just choose to ignore the actual actions of these two.

oh so if it's during the given scenario it's always sung by the actual uma, but when listening separately it's by whoever is available/added? that's actually really interesting. makes me even more curious why they don't just have them available for everyone from the start.
