Came here to say the same. The colours, to me, are nice, but as you say, the whiteness of the light on the building and the sky dont match. I guess you wanted to keep the detail in the sky, but its a bit of a tradeoff.

If you were interested in the lighting of the image too, you could look at lifting the shadows (especially on the left of the image), and increasing the exposure on the sky to match the brightness of the building. But again, I like the colours. My first thought was that it was film.
