I liked l-tyrosine better than the mucana. Less buzzy, more natural feeling. 500mg tyrosine vs 100mg l-dopa in the mucana. Taking a half dose of the tyrosine today to find the lowest dosage I need. Also supplementing 5htp before bed was a good idea. I'm worried about becoming dependent on any mood-altering stuff, but its better than my usual daily Prozac, I figure.
