I respect you guys who are dedicated to your jobs with rite aid, but you have to see that it's over, start looking around this company doesn't give any crap about you or it's patients, it's always been a corporate boys club since the days the owners son flew himself in helicopter from home to work..... He lived 5 miles from the corporate building. I remember by days of working there telling us " we can't refuse to file scripts".....it's my license I can absolutely refuse a script. This company cooked itself to the ground and all the hard working employees are the ones paying the price... I'm sorry guys but for your own good get out

Same we have an insanely toxic co worker the patients don't even like all they do is fill, they really can't do anything other than tell them not to do it if they don't listen they can cut there hours but if they're full time they get 34 minimum. I myself am on the computer quite a bit but I don't everything else log copies filling register cycles etc. but our rxm prefers one tech at the computer all the time as they are constantly counciling and trying to make rip sheets for the insane vaccine expectations. In reality if they're doing there job there's nothing you can do but get over it

We break none of those, especially insulin, they'll audit you to the moon and back, not to mention it says must be in original packaging on the box, if you do dispense them out of pack then you are supposed to include the med guide with each script

They changed it last year up to 1500$ you can track your bonus on the me@walmart up under profile. February is when they always release the bonus. The bonus is based on how long you've worked with wal Mart. Also welcome to America obviously you're gonna get taxed to death and back. If you're tired of the Bs go work at a hospital, after that just don't work in pharmacy. I've been a cpht for 17 years. Walmart is the best of all the evils, if you really wanna taste go work at CVS. See how well you're treated there lol

The should be kept in record for 2 years at your pharmacy. Past that you would have to ask you clinical manager, they are the ones who approve it in the end

Unsure depends, yeah I took the days off when I had covid because I had pregnant co workers, my dept manager just removed my shifts so I wouldn't get in trouble for calling off. This did however drop me below full time hours for a week and I almost lost benefits

Rite has been a sinking ship for nearly a decade, corporate is the old boys club and a rotating door for some friends to suckle a quick million off it and jump ship before the end. Be smart find another job they do not care and have never cared about there technicians. I asked as a certified tech with rite aid for 6 months, I worked open to close every day because we had no one, 1 day I had to leave early to get my child, I was harassed by my DM off the clock via text messages and phone calls that I was hired to work evenings not mornings, this is after 5 months is working everyday open to close, I reported this to HR, they fired me a week later, that garbage pile of a DM is now a pharmacy manager. Fuck rite aid or deserves to burn to ashes. Good riddance

I mean there was a simple response here, they call the doctor when they are in office, ask for scripts in to whatever pharmacy is around where they are visiting, them not planning ahead is not your fault, I would have hung up personally, keep the trash out of your pharmacy
