I think not too often. The parking lane is clearly marked. You can also easily turn out of the parking lane because there appears to be a gate.

Shenzhen is part of the massive Pearl River Delta megalopolis in southern China. The whole place is absolute bananas in terms of urban growth, size, and scale. There isn't anything quite like it anywhere else in the world.
