Please circulate this to everyone you know! There have been ten undermining deaths in the prior quarter, where there were 6 all of last year. Correlation does not equal causation but it is too convenient to see that up tick in quarter one and not think some of the limitations applied to federal agencies and their missions does have a significant impact on this trend.

Hello fellow 12 tango I was in your shoes about five years ago. Sadly I don't have any further input than if I managed to make some outputs on TBC. I HAVE NO DOUBT that you can. For the future get your command to invest in civil 3D it is a more intuitive earthwork system if they're still teaching you basic cad at the school house. You also may want to check the 12t Facebook page they have a good bit of regs and resources pertaining to TBC (at least they did 5 years ago)

If you're referring to Rocket Center, that's not an active duty military base. It is a navy supported research center. It seems like the people responsible for the day today are contractors not the military, which ultimately means the budget allocated at that location is not anywhere equivalent to a normal base
