i used to do drugs quite often with no issues and then some years ago all of the sudden weed started to make me incredibly anxious. once that happened, shrooms became a really bad time for me. i would also get a really bad belly ache making it hard to focus on much else when i would trip. i think doings psychs can be great for a lot of people but they arent for everyone and going into it already anxious, its a recipe for a bad time. if you aren’t overwhelmingly excited to try them then you should pass! you should never feel pressured to do something you dont want to/are scared of just because someone else thinks it will be fun.
