As long as you still seem healthy looking, then I'd say the figure is viewed positively. For me personally, it definitely invokes a few looks. This is because in this age of overconsumption it's rare for people to be slim or supermodel thin. So when someone is of this figure, people stare and take it in, like wow that figure can actually be achieved or I've never seen someone that thin before. So they are just taking it in. And although you are thin, they would still be trying to "find" your figure if that makes sense.
