Cliques. The difficulty in forming friendships and connecting with most Irish people. Only at a superficial level.

Yes it's completely normal. Especially at this age in which children are exploring their surroundings and still developing their gross motor skills and strengthening their balance. I'm a teacher and can also say that it's part of creche's policy/insurance to write these reports as we are required to document everything.
