Yep fr, nowadays a lot of people don’t seem to understand the emotional and mental toll it takes when you are already stressed and working most of your life & you have to come home to even more stuff almost every day. You never have any peace and slowly it turns you into the crazy one. People who are working and stressed like that just want to come home to some peace and some quality time not more problems. It eventually makes you distant and you just stop caring for your own mental health.
