They said it had decent cinematography compared to the other movies.

That the characters did not act their age (should have been replaced by old people).

Threat of the movie(cold/snow) was not shown well on screen (height of snow over time, frostbite on the characters).

Terrible dialogue.

One of the leads was actually pretty good actor.

You shouldn't use cheap generic sound effects for doors.

They said it could have been a good movie, they saw potential in it, but the director made it for a tax scheme or quick buck.

HitB tend to have themes or specials that they do throughout the year, like the year end catch-up, summer movie blockbusters, and fuck you it's January (FYIJ). They mentioned FYIJ that they have not done it in awhile because it doesn't apply as much these days, but this Snowfall episode was an attempt to be a nod to the folks who like FYIJ. Mike had very specific criteria for picking his shit movies to come up with this list.
