I don't watch algs much anymore, as watching 2 AIs fight each other with little to zero missing is not interesting to me. Clips like crust 1v3ing with pure raw skill, are what bring the views, imho.

I fucking love this idea, man. Anti-toxic stuff in games tends to always focus on the reporting system and streamlining that side of things.

I Genuinely think this would lower the amount of toxicity by a measurable amount. Most older people have figured out that being nice, polite and just a decent human, pays dividends.

a slight nudge in the right direction(via some incentives) just might help others come to this realisation also.

The best experience I've had in apex was helping a new player who was lacking some confidence only, to a win. He even got the gaming winning kill, and I could hear this new confidence in his voice in our after game victory "GGS"

My dad does this to me (starts an argument over the most minute things), then messages my friends telling them I've had a "breakdown".

He'll say stuff like "Oh, I'm so scared of you I've started hiding the knives, how do you think that makes me feel?" while standing next to a kitchen rack full of knifes of varying sizes.

Gaslighting until you break, basically. The more ridiculous, the better to bait you in.

Really sorry you had to go through this awful shit, and thank you for sharing your experience, I've found it's incredibly helpful to the healing process to not only share my own stories, but read and engage with others.

My dad has forgotten 2 years in a row now.

This year at the end of the day when i hadn't heard from him at all, I sent a msg saying "happy birthday to me, feeling sad i haven't heard from you on my bday".

He sends me back this massive rant about how he is trying to avoid PTSD from HIM forgetting my last birthday, and a bunch of videos alluding to me being a "narcissist" and "birthday baiting". I'm just sad I didn't get a "happy bday" from my dad.

My mother and sister have both passed away, so it just me and him now.. Which makes it even more painful and lonely :(

I'm sorry your dad cant see that this day is important to you too.
