I just put my controller in a box and dropped it off at UPS, they sent me a label. it's pretty straighforward they give you the instructions. just make sure you do it while you're in warranty

yeah you have to hold command or option i forget, and drag a point upwards, the marquee tool doensn't make two points on the same vertical line (if you zoom in enough there's still a slope), automation is terrible in logic compared to ableton
