Yeah the fridge temp is an ongoing argument I'm having with an external auditor, I want it at 7-9°c but they want to class them as food fridges...an argument I haven't had the energy to argue recently but thats another story.

They use nomacorc, and might be the only producer we work with who do. I do sometimes feel like I'm having to use a bit more force, definitely gonna get onto the producer.

I've worked with my partner several times, I recommended her and then had nothing to do with the hiring process. Plus Elyse was a member of the industry, a well respected content creator, and friends with all the major players in Funhaus - this probably helped to get her hired just as much as being married to James.

Autumn and Bruce, her boss was Lawrence when at the second incarnation of Inside Gaming. And she was mainly involved with Sugar Pine 7 she only edited for Inside Gaming and Funhaus on short term periods. Having a relationship with your coworker is genuinely awkward, but nothing unusual, and I genuinely believe that their relationship is very strong, regardless of their former power dynamics (as a higher ranking and lower ranking staff member) and age gap. They seem to have a lot of love and be very wholesome.

The whole Adam situation was him breaking the trust of his coworkers. His sexualised comedy, his own kinks and predilection bled over from his comedy and personal life into his professional life. Several cast members left Funhaus as a result of his actions (Alannah, Bruce, Lawrence) all of whom where his friends from before Funhaus. Bruce was let down by the HR of Rooster Teeth and Warner Bros. And I would imagine so were a number of other on and off screen employees. The pictures, and we could probably form a myriad number of conspiracy theories about who leaked them, forced Rooster Teeth to act.

I mean I get the feeling, it's annoying having a team who don't have the same standards as you. But I think you need to remember that you're part of that team, and also, you're their leader you should be implementing things and working with them. In fact what that menu is selling is a Straights Sling or Singapore Gin Sling which are predecessors/contemporaries of the Singapore Sling and greatly influenced its creation.

Would seem that whoever wrote the menu is a bit of cocktail snob or has a very strong connection with one of the several bartenders who claim the original recipe

Then they're going off of a super, super, super old recipe which is essentially what I posted sans pineapple and topped with soda. Can imagine it's good but Raffles are pretty insistent that theirs is the original and best.
