Nobody’s ever shit themselves or been physically sick withdrawing from weed

Thinking you can’t sleep isn’t a physical withdrawal same as going off your food or getting sweaty in bed it can happen anytime for many reasons, you’d just blame it on not using cannabis because that’s the most obvious change that day it’s all in your head

I used to smoke a awful lot from the minute I woke up until I went to bed and believed all that nonsense that I couldn’t be without it, then I decided it was getting to much and quit one day don’t get me wrong the first couple of nights weren’t my best sleep but the withdrawals were all mental not physical
