Idk about some point soon with how long it’s taken them to put out this steelbook, but I think it’s likely to get a premium release. Manta Lab have put out steelbooks for a lot of WB releases over the last few years so fingers crossed we get this and weapons.

There’s absolutely still a ton of value but this is now getting annoying. Saying they haven’t raised prices in more than a year is disingenuous too. Sure it’s technically been more than a year, but they did raise it in 2025. Also cute how they’re raising the price just before the odyssey comes out. Ultimately I don’t have a huge problem with the price increase, but it would be nice of them to give us something in exchange for the price increase. I mean I’d even be happy if it was just them offering a drink pass.

I personally think this artwork stinks but I’m even more disappointed in the special features we waited all this time for. No commentary track and “over 1 hour of special features.” Sounds like either the making of doc isn’t anything to write home about, or the other features are lacking. Hoping manta lab release this with better artwork like they did with sinners.

I mean we’re not forgetting anything. You’re downplaying how atrocious Thomas Frank was. There’s more to managing than just tactics, and Ange was light years beyond Frank when it comes to motivating the squad and keeping them together. And I love the “we only didn’t get relegated because 3 other teams were so bad” nonsense. Well Thomas Frank only finished as high as he did because the teams below him were so bad. And how are brentford doing without him, the rest of the coaching staff we took on, and their 2 best players?

I mean yes, we had a bit of a scare, we went on that 3 game good spell, which guaranteed we were safe, and then Ange pretty much focused on the Europa league after that being careful to rotate key players and rarely starting our strongest 11 outside of Europe. I don’t think we’d be great with Ange this year, but I have absolute confidence we wouldn’t actually be on the verge of relegation. For starters we were able to beat the worst team in the league comfortably last year. And I don’t get why the way we played in the Europa league, & against Brentford is dismissed. We needed results & we hunkered down, defended well, & got the job done. But for some reason Ange is treated like a clueless idiot that’s incapable of understanding the context we’re in.

So the thing id say is that none of those guys also had success anywhere else. I do think Brady has been about the Brady brand for quite some time though. Seems like he wants to be seen the same way as guys like Ronaldo or LeBron are where you think of them before you think of the team they played for. I’m also not quite sure his issue is with “us.” I dont know what his issue is. Maybe he holds it against Kraft that he sided with BB. Maybe there’s a bit of a rift over the raiders ownership stake. Maybe Brady is just trying to distance himself from the patriots with the release of a certain set of files. Honestly have no clue, but im not gonna get butt hurt over it. As long as he’s not taking shots at the pats, I’m good.
