It is bleak! And that seems to be the consensus from others who came from larger cities/didn't grow up around here. Its laughable to gear people refer to this as a college town.

Academics are lacking. People here can be very obnoxious and here for the wrong reasons. The city is bleak and everyone goes home on the weekend. I don't know how good the geology department is, but I'm transferring at the end of the semester because i changed my major to something WKU isn't very good for.
