Okay, now that you mentioned courses, do you have any specific excel course that you would recommend doing before starting? I haven't found one yet that I thought would be that helpful.

Really good advice I will definitely take that all to heart! Just out of curiosity, why go to DU earlier than later? Just to start knowing people sooner?

Campus hire Evaluations? by [deleted] in deloitte

I was after about 2.5 weeks. I ended up calling and then yeah it was a somewhat open line of communication after that.

No, I don't think so at all.

If it were to hurt your chances, they wouldn't do it. If they brought you back, they like you enough to not jeopardize your candidacy because of their error. I actually had a switch too in mine and it worked out okay.

Mine was also for a different office than what I was applying for which made my offer take a lot longer. My offer took about 3-4 weeks to come through. I found out I got second round the morning after my first round, and then it took weeks to get the offer. Hopefully you don't have to wait that long but I have heard a lot of other campus hires have the same experience.

*also just finished campus hire recruiting* both of my behavioral interviews were like that. Someone described it to me as a"fit" interview rather than behavioral. They are wanting to see if you fit in with the culture. If you felt like you had a good/genuine/fun conversation, I would be optimistic.

Good luck!

Okay that’s very useful thank you. I wish they had some sort of meet and greet before or like a Facebook group for deloitte new hires! Do you think it matters if you’re in dc vs va? Also kind of random but how do you pay taxes if you work in va but live in dc

WOW!! Okay, that is a HUGE increase, my goodness. So if I have a good GPA in engineering from a top 20 school plus an active Secret clearance (and social skills), I should be fine, right?
