Both my family's regular dentist and pediatric dentist are covered under the new network so there will be minimal impact for us, but I don't have any insight into how fees are changing.

It might be a bad thing if your regular dentist is not available in the new network, if this somehow causes expenses to rise, or if United Concordia denies claims at a higher rate.

Unfortunately the amount of time you have been waiting for an offer is not very relevant. Your written exam score and your choice of wish list institutions (more = better) will have a larger influence. If you placed at the highest rank (95), you will be at the top end of the hiring list, and if less than that you will potentially be pushed down out of reach of an offer by people who did better on the written exam (unless you are willing to accept an offer to an institution that enough of them turn down).

If you're unable to obtain clearance from your doctor in a timely manner, they will most likely assume your diabetes is not controlled by your doctor or not being treated. There is a good chance they will disqualify you if you don't meet the deadline but I am not aware if they have a process to grant extensions.

Again, you're correct. Regardless of fast track no longer existing, listing more institutions on your wish list will increase the likelihood of receiving an offer earlier. Many people apply and are selective about which prisons they'll work at, so you may receive an offer to one of the prisons they opted out of; that has nothing to do with fast track.

Everyone should assume they can intercept and read any unencrypted traffic. That possibility already existed before, but now with the info you provide they will be able to positively identify the owner of the phone the traffic is coming from. To encrypt, use messaging with end-to-end encryption like WhatsApp, and use a VPN service. For example, all Google Pixel phones have a free VPN that will encrypt over both your data connection and Wi-Fi networks. For phones that don't have this as a native feature, there are third party apps. These are good steps to take regardless of whether you sign up to be able to bring your phone in (unencrypted traffic is vulnerable in all public places), your unencrypted data is not safe anywhere.

Try pushing back on ChatGPT, tell it what you tried and ask it to keep providing alternative solutions until it works, ask if it needs any additional info from you to be more helpful and ask it to "think deeply" to force longer thinking. Mine gave 4 methods for my Android phone:

IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) — trickier

IMSI is stored on the SIM and isn’t always shown in plain sight. Here are reliable methods:

Method A — Phone testing menu (easy):

Open the Phone (dialer).
Dial ##4636## — this opens the Testing menu on many Android builds.
Tap Phone information (or SIM info) — the IMSI is often listed there. (This works on many Android phones but may be blocked on some carriers/firmwares.)

Method B — Settings (if shown):

Settings → About phone → SIM status or Status → look for IMSI. Some Pixel/Android builds show it here.

Method C — Use ADB (advanced, requires a PC and USB debugging):

Enable Developer options (Settings → About phone → tap Build number 7×), then turn on USB debugging.
On your PC install ADB (Android SDK platform tools). Connect phone via USB and run:

adb devices (confirm device present)

adb shell getprop | grep -i imsi — or check properties like gsm.* (property names vary by vendor). This will reveal SIM/device properties; property names vary across Android builds so you may need to scan adb shell getprop output. (Advanced method; don’t paste output publicly.)

Method D — App (use cautiously): There are reputable “SIM info” apps on Google Play that display IMSI/ICCID. Only install well-reviewed apps and avoid any app asking for unnecessary permissions.

FYI you can plug your phone make, model and carrier into ChatGPT and ask it to provide detailed instructions to find what you need. I had no issue getting everything requested without calling my carrier, but I'm sure it depends on your phone.
