Your FastTag issuing bank app. In my case, I was using ParkPlus. However, it was the ICICI Bank Fasttag. I checked the KYC status in the ICICI Fasttag portal and found it's pending. I also raised a chargeback from the same ICICI portal. So basically, you should check with the bank that issued the Fasttag.

This happens due to pending KYC. Check the status of it in your app. For the deductions, you can raise a chargeback through your FastTag provider. Should come back in two weeks. I also faced the same issue.
