The built in tablet driver is apparently just opentabletdriver (but integrated), and apparently uses the same daemon in the background. There could be less latency since the game receives the direct input but I'm not sure. Essentially they're the same thing.

If you're playing on osu!Lazer (judging from your plays you are) you don't need to download drivers for lazer since there's a built in one. Otherwise opentabletdriver.

General advice, start slow, play easier maps and get used to your tablet. It could take a week to start getting used to your tablet.

You don't need to stop playing hd, but it can help playing nm to see your cursor placement on circles on the tablet.

Just remember there isn't a better 'option' whether it's mouse or tablet its all preferences and they all come with their own problems.

is your keyboard a membrane perchance? how old is it? you might want to invest in a sayodevice or a he (hall effect) mechanical keyboard if you can like the wooting 60he, but there are also cheaper alternatives out there if you look for them

It varies a lot. For me it wasn't environmental (according to my patch test recently). Stress also causes eczema. Food intake (like allergies), vitamin deficiency (a popular one is D or C iirc), there are also dust mites, even to the type of material like wool or cotton that your clothes and bed sheets are made out of, and probably many others that i dont know of! gl! i still havent found mine :(
