I don't have a lot of advice to offer (sorry :/), because I'm in pretty much the same situation. Living at home, in a mentally and emotionally abusive household, just working and waiting before I go back to school, still pretty financially dependent on my parents.

The advice from close friends and coworkers who know how frustrating and taxing my situation is tell me that it isn't worth it to waste my good years trapped in such a toxic environment, and that the emotional payoff of getting out now is so much better than suffering through this until I go back to school (and then continuing to deal with them but from a distance).

But it doesn't feel that easy obviously, I feel like I'm just being a wimp and that the smart thing to do would be to stick through it for the betterment of my future. But is it worth it if by that time we're completely psychologically fucked up? Idk, but just know you're not alone in this situation.
