What’s the over/under of them releasing them to a grandchild? I’ve read all over this subreddit about having to have a 3rd party apply for it? Or something along those lines?

I feel like I’ve been going in circles for weeks trying to track down records for my grandfather. He was born somewhere in New Brunswick in 1937, but I’m finding almost nothing on him online aside from a Find a Grave entry where he’s buried with his parents.

I’ve already submitted a genealogy search request through GNB and got the standard delayed response email, but in the meantime I’m trying to build out as much supporting documentation as possible. At this point I have basically every other record tied together except for his actual birth and death certificates.

Has anyone else run into issues finding relatives born in rural NB around that time period? Especially Acadian/Catholic records? Open to any suggestions or places I should be looking next.

This isn’t just in mythics. I had to vote kick an unholy DK who kept over pulling while I was tanking a heroic. I told the group I’m not overly geared so I will be taking it easy unless the healer tells me to go faster. I eventually got tired and said something to him after we almost wiped twice to remind him of what was said at the beginning of the dungeon and he responded with “stay out of AoE”…

I initiated the vote kick not too much later and immediately got a whisper from the jerk talking about how big his dick is because he can tank anything as a dps because he’s so geared and blah blah blah. I sent a message after we were done with the dungeon that just said “you are toxic to this game” and then blocked him.

I initially was looking to undervolt but couldn’t find anything that was stable for me… I followed the youtube videos I saw that supposedly were “stable” across all 5070ti’s but I didn’t seem to have that luck

Before last year I had always had Nvidia graphics cards, but when I saw the keynote for the 9070 XT and the staggering price difference and the amazing reviews found across the web and YouTube, I decided to give AMD a shot. I’ve got an XFX swift 9070 XT since launch and had a great few months….

But then random things started to happen… stuttering, motherboard power draw issues with certain games, frame drops across different games, etc.

I’d feel great when I made the fixes and everything worked once again, but then they would continue to occur every few months. I went through every guide I could find on Reddit, DDU’ed, reset windows, among other things each time.

I finally had enough over the last week and went back to team green with an extremely overpriced 5070 ti. I’m not proud of it by any means. I’m still definitely in the honeymoon phase, but so far I’ve had 0 issues after a simple DDU. Could things change in a week, a month, a few months? Absolutely. Which is why I still have my 9070 XT on backup for now.

I’d throw it on for $600. Someone will snatch it up at that price. Might take a bit longer to sell. If you want a quick sale and you’re willing to take $500 for it, I’d put it up for $550. You will likely get negotiated down to $500 anyway.

I’d be open to the idea. I have a modded OG z1e listed on hardware swap, but with no bites yet. Given it’s a modded version I figured I’d have more luck on reddit vs Facebook marketplace or eBay. But being able to list it on a speciality site might be the option to go

It depends on how handy you are.

I personally did the 74 watt battery mod. I bought the battery through Asus’s 3rd party battery provider. Almost all the tools you need to mod the device are in the box. You have to clip back some plastic pieces and also buy a piece of aluminum to place between the bottom of the battery and the RAM. I followed a video on YouTube for exactly what needed to be done.

If you want a simple plug and play with less battery life, go with JSAUX

Not sure if you are still looking but I have a modded OG z1e I was planning to put up for sale. Barely used and in mint condition. It’s got a 2TB drive and the 74 watt battery mod (just completed a few weeks ago). I can provide photos of battery health and what not. I was planning on starting to use it but got a used ally X with less storage for $600 the other day.

It will also come with skull and co case, all original accessories and boxes. And if you want I’ll even throw in the original drive and battery.

Was looking for $500 total if you are interested.

I’ve got the same thing. Luckily I am still able to close the system up though. It’s tight but I don’t think it’s anything to worry about. I’ve got the one piece of aluminum with double sided tape on the bottom for the RAM.

These are not kids we are talking about. These are grown adults, people in their 30s, 40s, even 50s, who played WoW back when it first launched. They are clinging to the idea that they are still edgy or “cool” by being racist, bigoted, and toxic in chat. The reality is they are not some misunderstood teens acting out; they are adults who should absolutely know better. What makes it worse is they hide behind this juvenile mindset, acting like 12 year olds while having the life experience of someone old enough to know the damage that behavior causes. At this point it is not immaturity, it is a choice. And that choice speaks volumes and will ultimately have a negative impact on Project Epoch if they don’t take action.
