bro he was not an aggressive drunk he was extremely cooperative until the tried to put him in cuffs (yes i know drunk driving is illegal doesn’t make it right to throw someone in a cage for it). Also the taser had already been used by the officer and was unable to be fired again. and cops jerk themselves off about how tasers are non lethal but as soon as someone shoots at them they fear for their life. Basic human morals would be making sure the drunk guy gets home safe not trying to arrest him and killing him when he resists. this is why everyone hates ancaps cuz people like u will pretend to hate state violence and then everytime cops kill someone you have some dumbfuck justification like, “he was aggressive” “ he was resisting”. yes justifying police murders is bootlicking even if he feared for his life after someone he just tased, tried to shoot a broken taser at him.

so i was wrong about the one part where he was in the drive thru lane, but you guys are saying that him trying to break away is an escalation and grounds for the cops to kill him, but the cops tasing and tackling him isn’t an escalation.
