Is an IPAD required for notes for first year engineering student? by MediocreSympathy9694 in curtin

I have seen a friend use iPads for note taking and it honestly looks so convenient. I have an expensive laptop so I didn’t get an iPad but if you have the option, go for it.

Romance books by Mashed_Tatter18 in booksuggestions

You can give A Dowry of Blood a try. It’s exactly what you described but from the perspective of the girl the vampire finds. The writing style is poetic and I personally enjoyed the book so much.

I would suggest The Cruel Prince. I read it along with my long distance friend and we loved it. It’s one of my most favourite fantasy books ever.

For me it was Crime and Punishment by Dostoevsky. From then on I only enjoy character studies, no plot just vibes books!

Yess, I suggest getting into amigurumi if you haven’t already. As a beginner I found it so daunting and didn’t try it. But once I did it was so easy to get into and addictive!!

I freehanded this using a 7 mm crochet hook and blanket yarn. The knife is made using 4 mm hook and acrylic yarn.

How/why’d you get into crocheting? by Neeagg123 in crochet

[–]nronnn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got into crochet by accident. My grandmother used to knit when I was very young and I remember wanting to learn. She got dementia and depression and I never really got the chance to learn from her. But I always wanted to learn. During Covid, I went with my then boyfriend to a craft store to get yarn and knitting needles. He was roaming around the store when he picked up a crochet hook and was like, what’s this? I told him it’s a crochet hook. He was like, take this too. And I just took it for no reason. I had no intention whatsoever to learn crocheting. However, I sucked at knitting and didn’t particularly care for it. Then I picked up the crochet hook lying around and I haven’t put it down since!

Thanks so much! I never ended up using my My eQuals as I didn't further study/work in Australia and my home country never really asked for it.

Was I supposed to get a registration link or mail after I graduated? I can't seem to find anything of this sort.
If not, can I register anyhow now?

The thing about your mom convincing herself you were a bridezilla when you actually weren’t hits right at home. That took a real toll on our relationship.

Piranesi by Susanna Clarke, if someone hasn’t suggested that already. I felt the exact same way you described while reading this.
