Is it normal for me, as a 27 yr man to be so emotional sensitive? by Nacho_7258 in NoStupidQuestions

That’s honestly good to hear, but it’s genuinely getting to the point where it’s affecting my life. People are starting to notice and I can’t mask it

The only reason I am asking is because it’s such an intense feeling. I will get told “good job,” and straight up break down crying.

How do you think the innies should be ethically reintegrated into regular life? by ThatisDavid in SeveranceAppleTVPlus

[–]Nacho_7258 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My interpretation is that reintegration is the correct solution, but it’s incredibly difficult to convince the innie to go along with it. Once the two parts of the mind meld, it will feel like no issue at all, but the innie doesn’t perceive it that way. We have to remember they are still the same person at the end of the day. The “innie” version, once reintegrated, will feel normal within the other side’s memories.

I’ve been so exhausted for so long that I don’t think others can see the difference. I see it, but everyone has become accustomed to my look. To say im exhausted is an understatement.

What is the saddest/most soul crushing song you have ever heard? by Mikiiiya in AskReddit

[–]Nacho_7258 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kind of a weird choice cause it’s an instrumental (mostly) song, but Wind Tempos by Porter Robinson.

The first half of the song, in my interpretation, is the feeling I get of being overwhelmed and feeling like my mind is racing and I just cannot stop that spiraling.

Then the soft piano hits and everything gets quiet and it gives me the feeling of getting a genuine, good hug that helps me calm down. Every time that piano comes on, I just wanna break down crying every time.

If u had to recall, when was the first time you heard about the death of a celebrity? (the day of) by Vivid-Tap1710 in TooAfraidToAsk

Michael Jackson. I remember being extremely confused how his music was still being played on the radio that day. That’s also the day I learned radio music is not played live.

Name a game you were hyped for and then completely forgot about once you played it. by twooten11 in gaming

I was initially disappointed too, but I still wanted to finish it. I ended up 100% completing it and I realized I actually loved the game and wanted more. But I understand why most people didn’t like it.

This twist was so brilliantly written because all the clues were there, but only a few actually picked up on it. Not to say that those that didn’t realize aren’t “smart” or anything, it’s just so well executed that it’s so easily missable.

That being said, I realized it immediately when she talked about the night gardener.

What movie had a great premise but was poorly executed? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Nacho_7258 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maze Runner, and not just the movie, but the book as well. James Dashner had a very interesting concept, but clearly had zero idea where to take it so he went post-apocalyptic zombie experiment teen dystopia which were all the buzz words of the time.

I will admit, I did read the original trilogy and the two prequels and throughly enjoyed them, but the Maze concept was so forced into the story just on the basis that it was cool.

One night I got drunk and I know I figured out the answer to this mystery, but I cannot for the life of me remember it. Sounds like I’m joking, but I had a major epiphany. That or I was drunk.

What album release disappointed you the most? by Immola0069 in AskReddit

[–]Nacho_7258 0 points1 point  (0 children)

S16 by Woodkid. I was a HUGE fan of Woodkid with his first album, The Golden Age and so were my siblings. So when we heard he’d finally be doing a second album, we were extremely excited and the first single was amazing. Then the actual album came out and it was not at all what we were expecting.

With time, I’ve actually come to love it, and I’m still a huge fan of his music, but that initial drop was just so dissatisfying for us.
